1. Service purpose

  • CheckIT provides tools for working with projects, checklists, tasks, roles, runs, and related integrations.
  • The service may be updated, changed, or extended without separate notice where required for product development, security, or stability.

2. Account and access

  • The user is responsible for accurate account data and secure use of their access credentials.
  • Sharing account access with third parties without appropriate control is prohibited.
  • We may restrict or suspend access in case of rule violations, suspicious activity, or security threats.

3. Acceptable use

  • The service may be used only for lawful purposes and without harming other users, teams, or infrastructure.
  • Actions aimed at bypassing access restrictions, damaging data integrity, overloading the service, or gaining unauthorized access are prohibited.
  • The user is responsible for the content added to projects, checklists, steps, comments, and execution results.

4. Plans and billing

  • Part of the functionality may depend on the active tariff plan, its limits, and payment status.
  • For paid plans, the current prices and billing rules available at the time of purchase apply.
  • We may update plan limits, pricing, or feature availability and reflect those changes in the service.

5. Intellectual property

  • All rights to the platform, code, design, service structure, and related materials belong to CheckIT or the respective rights holders.
  • The user retains rights to their own content but grants the service the technical right to store, process, and display it to provide functionality.

6. Limitation of liability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" basis within reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, delays, third-party actions, or consequences of improper service use.
  • The user is responsible for evaluating whether the service fits their processes and for decisions made based on the service output.

7. Changes to the terms

  • We may update these terms of use. The current version is published on this page.
  • Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
