1. What data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, interface language, account type, and related settings.
  • Workspace data: projects, checklists, steps, roles, runs, execution history, comments, and step results.
  • Technical data: IP address, user agent, system logs, and service events related to authentication and integrations.
  • Integration data: Telegram chat ID, confirmation codes, and service data required for the bot to work.

2. How we use data

  • To provide access to the platform and authenticate users.
  • To create, launch, and execute checklists, tasks, and role-based workflows.
  • To synchronize notifications, live updates, the Telegram bot, and the mobile app.
  • To maintain security, keep service logs, detect issues, and support users.

3. Who can access data

  • A user can see only the projects, roles, and tasks they have been granted access to.
  • Project owners and administrators can manage team members, roles, and related project data within their permissions.
  • Service administrators may access technical data and security incidents only to the extent required to maintain the platform.

4. Sharing with third parties

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • Data may be shared only with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, messaging, or payment-related providers to the extent required to operate the service.
  • Integrations such as Telegram receive only the data required for the respective functionality.

5. Storage and security

  • We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
  • Retention periods depend on the data type, account settings, legal obligations, and security needs.
  • The user is responsible for secure use of their account and connected integration channels.

6. User rights

  • Users may update part of their data in the profile or request clarification or deletion where this does not conflict with legal or operational retention grounds.
